Travel Caravans: Meadows of the Queen is an experience curated to provide a safe traveling experience amidst the coronavirus pandemic by introducing motorhomes to stay safe from the virus.

Through this travel experience, we aim to provide the best of each city while staying in personal Caravans or tents to avoid outside contact and maintaining Social distancing.

Experience Itinerary

Caravans are the perfect vehicles to travel in style while being surrounded by your loved ones. It is really a car on steroids where you can travel, sleep, make food, and live comfortably. With Caravans, you'll not even have to get out in the open to explore a new city.

The journey starts at New Delhi where you will be picked up by the Caravan, who will take you to your first destination of Bhimtal. It will be a 7-hour drive full of adventure. Camping and activities at Bhimtal can be arranged.

All the traveling will be done in safe and sanitized Caravans and you can cook your meals on your own for which raw material can be provided at each city in some of the .

We'll drive to four more cities along our journey, Mukhteshwar, Ranikhet, Nainital, and Pangoot to explore the unique locations there.

Each Caravan will be completely sanitized before the trips and masks and sanitizers will be provided for safe traveling.

 

Location/s

The experience takes place in Bhimtal, Ranikhet, Pangoot, Mukhteshwar, and Nainital starting from New Delhi.

These 5 locations have been deemed safe to travel and exploration of these cities will not be a problem at all. The traveling is all in comfortable Caravans while chilling back,

The participants joining in for a longer duration can add more locations and reach out to us for a personalized travel plan.

CANCELLATION POLICY


Cancellation Policy Goods can be cancelled and a full refund will be issued up to the point of dispatch (excluding any custom made products or limited offer products). Once you have received a confirmation email to say your goods have been shipped you will be required to follow the returns process in order to return your goods. SHIPPING POLICY & RETURNS


SHIPPING POLICY All UK deliveries are free and included within our prices for any orders above £80. Deliveries are made on weekdays between the hours of 09.00 and 17.00 unless specifically stated otherwise. Please email us if you have any queries regarding your delivery estimate. All estimates refer to business days. Despatch Time We always aim to dispatch orders within 2-4 working days. An order confirmation email will automatically be sent once your order has been received. If you have not received a confirmation email please check your junk email folder as these are often automatically filtered to there. If there is still no order confirmation email please check that payment has processed correctly and if yes then please contact us. ​​ We are not offering collections at the moment. ​​​ IMPORTANT ​​ If there is anything wrong with your delivery or your product arrives in an unsatisfactory condition, you must inform us within 24 hours to enable us to log your problem with courier and to deal with it as expediently as possible. RETURN POLICY We are unable to cancel any orders completed or in transit. This will need to be processed as normal return. If the buyer refuse to accept the order from a courier, cost of order redirection will be deducted from final refund. The following items can't be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective. We can't accept returns for: Custom or personalised orders Items on sale Conditions of returns Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. The item(s) must be returned to us unused and in 'as new' condition. No, we do not offer personalised crates at the moment.




Do you offer next day delivery service?


We offer free UK standard delivery. If you require next day delivery please contact us through our website form or email so we will be able to advise. NDD delivery will be possible for some of our products however this will be offered at additional cost.




My parcel has been damaged in transit - what should I do?


In the unlikely event that this will happen, please contact us immediately by email at: sales@woodencratesandfurniture.store, include a photo of the damaged item and inner and outer packaging. We will then get back to you asap to advise on return and replacement/refund. Please see our Refunds & Returns Section for further information.




Can you make any size crate?


Yes, we can however only for bulk orders. Please Contact Us for further information. Check our collections and all products range first to see if any of our crates match your requirements.




How is my order shipped to me? Can I track it?


All our UK Mainland orders are sent via Hermes,Parceforce or DPD on a tracked service. For further information, please see our Delivery Section.




My item has arrived but I've changed my mind. Can I return it?


We are only able to offer full refunds for damaged or incorrect items, please refer to our Refunds & Returns Section available on our website for more details.




Can I cancel/change my order once I have made payment?


It it possible to make changes to orders within 1 hour of placing your order. Please contact us to discuss any changes asap and we will accommodate wherever possible. Once your order has been confirmed as complete and is in transit we are unable to offer any refunds.
